Any way to remove a dismissed chapter 13 from my credit report?
Filed for a chapter 13 but could not come to terms with the payment and the modifications that the court wanted. never made a payment on the plan and it was dismissed 60 days later. I negotiated my own terms and paid my creditors off. Now I have a big negative on my credit report for a plan that was never used.

Sorry no answer I am trying to find out myself. The trustee jacked my payments from 200 a month to 800 a month and when my paychecks were 150 a week. The trustees said I could afford it. I continued to try to meet their terms but it caused me to lose my truck that I was trying to save. So I had the case dismissed because the arrangement was so outrageous, and refiled chapter 7 because now I had a truck to file on. So much for trying to pay my debts back.. Hope someone knows the answer out there cause I disputed it on my credit report and they wouldn’t take it off. I hope to buy a house next year and this is really putting a damper on it.
