how can i get a job with credit i have?my husband filed for chapter 11 and it is showing on my credit report?
every time i apply for a job they check my creditn report and they see thaqt there is chapter 11 on there.i’m not disputing anything,i can’t get a good job.the only thing i want to do is work.what can i do without going to jail? making sure that everything is legal?

Why not force them into Chapter 11 and work safeguards that are already in place?

On Final Fantasy 13 chapter 11, can I come back to it if I go pass the storyline?

what happen to stock when company file chapter 11?
I have some CIT stocks. what happens if they file bankrupcy (chapter 11)? It looks like they are going to file pre-packaged ( i believe ch11), within next couple day. Is my stock going to be valued {content} ? What if I decide to keep the stock for long term? If the company restructure and do well after many years, is it worth it to keep the stock?

Final Fantasy XIII Question: Does anyone know how to reach the treasure spheres in chapter 11?
I am seeing all of these treasure spheres in chapter 11 (the open plain area) and the "jump circle" but whenever I go near the jump circle nothing happens. Is there something I have to do to be able to reach these orbs? I see one in the middle of a pond and quite a few up on the mountain tops. Please Help.

A company that owes my company k filed chapter 11. anyone know what court docs and procedures I’ll need to look out for to collect my money?
How do I file my invoices/make sure those that I’ve already filed are filed correctly?

Is it better to wait out then go for chapter 11?
(Advice for a close friend)
No major Assets.
Self employed – Would this effect his Corporation?
If he goes chapter 11 – (he can qualify) he doesn’t owe anything
but would have to wait 10 years before he can earn credit.
My thought. Wait it out. If his business does really well. He can pay off the debt at a reduced rate which would look alot better.
Or wait 3 years less… Because I think that goes off in 7 years right?

My home builder filed for Chapter 11, what does that mean for me?
I was getting ready to have a home built by Gemcraft Homes but I just found out that they filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy. Should I proceed in building my home at the negotiated cost or find a new builder?
Will this hurt the value of the neighborhood?
Also does this mean that I will get less quality if I choose to have them still build my home?
