How long after you file chapter 13 can you file an all out bankfuptcy?
My daughter did a chapter 13 about 6 years ago. She is back in the same situation. Now she wants to just do a bankruptcy. What is the waiting period?

1-too soon by at least a couple of years
2-if it’s the same kind of debt again (credit cards, loans), she will not be allowed to do a chapter 7 – she’ll have to do chap 13 again, with a new 3-5 year repayment plan
how did she get herself back in the same trouble again?
