If I have filed a chapter 13 can I move out of state and get a new lawyer in the state I'm moving to?
Can I move to another state and have another lawyer take on my case if I have already filed a Chapter 13 in Pennsylvania? Do I have to continue my court case in the same state? Am I committed to stay in Pennsylvania until the case is done? Or can I move to Colorado at any time and take care of the Chapter 13 in Colorado with another lawyer?

There is a residence time requirement for filing bankruptcy, it varies by state.
Odds are if you move that you won’t be able to file for a few months or a year. Your creditors can find out where you live and get garnishments for your wages and you would be stuck until the time limit is up.
Why don’t you just ask your lawyer, or go and get another free consultation from a different PA lawyer to see what the law is?
You can move anytime you want but why change lawyers if you have already filed? Let the lawyer you filed with finish your case through. If the paperwork is all done and filed just take care of it from Colorado.
