Since amp'd mobile is filing a chapter 11 bankruptcy do I still owe them the money they say I owe?
Amp’d mobile is going out of business on a chapter 11 bankruptcy and I got a bill I feel is wrong and I was wondering if I still owe them that money.

Yes you will have to pay your bill. Sorry it is not what you want to hear.
Chapter 11 is a good thing for amp’d corporation because they don’t have to pay their bills. It is of no benefit to their customers. It is a truly amazing thing for corporations. They will continue operations and carry on as normal but just right off (cancel) some of their debts and bills. Chapter 13 is when they are shutting down and in that case you might have got away with not paying.
yes.
Yes nice try though. It’s because of people that don’t pay their bills that companies like that go out of business.
dont try to kick a guy when he is down…pay up scumbag…that is why they are in bankruptcy…because of deadbeats like you….and your mom
Filing bankruptcy does not put you in a better position if you owe them. You should resolve your disagreement with them the same way as if they hadn’t filed. In fact, filing bankruptcy will probably make them a little more agressive in collecting amounts owed to them. There will be oversite by the bankruptcy trustee to make sure that they get what is owed to them, since they are looking to reorganize their debts.
Obviously. Their accounts receivable is part of the bankruptcy. You have to pay.
you said you felt the bill was wrong == what way wrong color or what if you received the services pay on be like the guy you robs the 7-11 a common thief!!!
