Bankruptcy Resource Group Reviews

BkCarDeals1 asked:

……RISK FREE…… I can highly recommend using the Bankruptcy Resource Group lead program. I started out using them at one dealership and when I left they were the first call I made. They don’t promise what can’t be delivered, and I always do 7-8 deals a month like clockwork. The leads come over with a phone call from the company 100% of the time. The customer already knows who I am when I call them to set the appointment. It makes my job so much easier. There is no program that is risk free but Bankruptcy Resource Group comes as close as it gets. ~John Marchese Bay Chevrolet Norfolk VA This Review is Curtis Goodwin CEO Bankruptcy Resource Group Approved

The company I worked for went bankrupt. How can I still use them as a reference now that they are gone?

The welding company I worked for for 7 years went bankrupt two years ago. I started my own welding biz but it has not done well in the market here in florida. I need to find a real job but without the reference from 7 years of employment what can I do?

If the company you work for goes bankrupt, what happens to you, a regular 'ole store associate?

I work at RiteAid and rumor is that RiteAid is going bankrupt. I checked their stock and it’s only worth $.99! I’m worried because I worked so hard to get this job and I’m wondering what’ll happen to the rest of us [I'm a cashier] if RiteAid goes bankrupt?

Company is filing Chapter 11, What happens to me?

The company that I work for is filing Chapter 11. What happens to me. I am a night and weekend receptionist. So I am fairly low level. Is my job in jeopardy? I’m not really sure how this Chapter 11 thing works either. I overheard my boss talking about transferring assets and what not. So I’m not sure what to think.

Can you take out student loans while in a chapter 13 bankruptcy?

We are going to be entering into Chapter 13 in a few months. My job however is pressing me to finish my degree. We do get some reimbursement, however its not enough to cover the complete cost. Anyone had this issue?

How to afford bankruptcy with no job and no assets (living with relatives)?

He has applied for SSDI and waiting for a hearing
No charge cards left. No job, no income, no SSDI
(applied and appealing…hearing is in about a year). The amount owed increases monthly. The garnishment orders are in place for if and when he does get a job.

How much does it cost to start?

Company in Chapter 11, what are my obligations to the non compete agreement?

I quit my job when my company filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy. I have a "non compete" agreement in my contract but in light of the recent change what is my obligation? I am bound to this agreement for 5 years, that seems like longer than the norm. Can I contest this or am I stuck with what I signed for?

Chapter 7?

After you file chapter 7, are creditors still allow to harrass you by mail or calling on your job or contacting people that know you?
If no, should I contact my lawyer and sue them?
