The company I work for might go bankrupt. I am concerned about them paying Federal and state income tax?
Can they get six months behind in paying these taxes and social security. If they go bankrupt and not paid my taxes they have taken out of my paycheck, am I responsible for paying the taxes.
This is a small company (15 employees). It seems they don’t do everything to the book.

How are we going to face the next generation if we bankrupt the nation with spending and entitlement programs?
How are we capable of looking into the eyes of our children and grandchildren if we bankrupt the nation with high Government spending and entitlement programs such as Social Security and Medicare.
How are we able to sleep straight at night and say all is well, when our children might not be able to pay our spiraling debt?

If Social Security and Medicare is bankrupt, how can the Government legally demand people keep paying into it?
If an insurance company was bankrupt, their trading, buy/sell would be suspended; so how can the Government legally continue to charge/accept Social Security and Medicare withholding taxes from Americans? It is universally understood, the Government can’t pay up when the contract comes due for future retirees?
