What are the procedures for an undischarged bankrupt to be able to withdraw nominated CPF fund.?
My uncle recently passed away. Before his passing, he nominated me as one of his CPF nominee. But however, I’am an undischarged bankrupt. Will I still be able to withdraw the fund nominated to me? If not, what are the procedures for me to be able to withdraw the fund?
