What happens to your home after your chapter 13 is in default?
I recently filed for a chapter 13 bankruptcy in order to save my home and it will be dismissed because i am unable to pay the trustee,however i am continuing to make my house payment.If my chapter 13 is in default or dismissed can i still keep my home if i continue to make the payments?

Assuming you are referring to your primary home, you have exemption upto $125K value if less than 3.3 year old. But laws vary from state to state. Check the following link
If you filed a ch 13 you would include your house payments in the bankruptcy. I dont understand how you are paying the mortgage company directly. In a 13 you cant pick and choose your creditors. If you stop paying the trustee and your mortgage payment is included in the bk, then the home will go into foreclosure again.
Yes you can but you will be getting grief from your other creditors in all likelihood.
