What to do with bankruptcy court reports from employer who filed bankrupt?
Two years ago I worked for a company that went bankrupt and now they keep mailing me reports from the court hearings because appearently the case hasn’t been closed. All this law & court stuff is mumble-jumble to me…what are these documents? And what do I do with them?

Is it possible that the company owes you money? You are probably receiving the papers because you are listed as someone that the company potentially owes money. (This doesn’t mean they do owe you money. They likely are sending the papers out to anyone that was listed as an employee within a certain period of time.)
If you believe it’s possible that they owe you back wages, keep the paperwork and try to have someone else that understand legal documents explain it to you.
If you know it’s not possible that they owe you money, you could just throw the papers away.
Typically, the assets involved in a bankruptcy case depends on whether you are filing Chapter 7 or Chapter 13. In a Chapter 13, in most states, you are allowed to keep your home if you have one.
